The Xiaomi Mi 13 looks and performs ideally. But there is a much better model, the Xiaomi Mi 13 Pro. It costs a bit more, but the price deserves what this handset offers.
The Xiaomi Mi 13 Pro has four colors, of which white, black, and wilderness green are all made of ceramic back covers, and the blue variant is made of “technical nano-skin” material. The latter is more resistant to wear. The ceramic version is 8.38mm thick and weighs 229g, and the plain leather version is 8.7mm thick and weighs 210g.
There is a 6.73-inch 3200×1440 Samsung E6 OLED hyperboloid screen. The latter is combined with Xiaomi’s ultra-dynamic display technology. The rest of the screen parameters include 1920Hz PWM dimming, 1~120Hz LTPO refresh rate, HDR 10, HDR 10+, Dolby Vision, HLG Display, 1200nit of global brightness, and the local excitation brightness is 1900nit.
Under the hood, we have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, which is paired with LPDDR5X memory (8533Mbps) and UFS 4.0 flash storage(3.5GB/s).
The machine has a 4820mAh battery, which supports 120W wired, 50W wireless, and 10W wireless reverse charging.
As for the camera, the Xiaomi Mi 13 Pro comes with three Leica professional lenses, including a 1-inch 50MP Sony IMX 989 main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50MP telephoto lens. Among them, the 75mm telephoto uses a 3P + 3P floating lens module. The latter supports 3.2X optical zoom and 70x hybrid zoom and can focus from 10cm near to infinity far away.
The Mi 13 Pro series also supports 5G dual-card dual-pass technology. Thus, both SIM cards will be active. The rest of the specs include WiFi 6 support, Xiaomi’s largest X-axis motor, and an IP68 dustproof and waterproof rating.
