The vivo X90s was officially launched earlier today, with the 8GB+256GB model starting at 3,999 yuan ($).
The MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ flagship platform improves the X90s’ predecessor, the X90. The chip’s overall AnTuTu score of more than 1.65 million makes it MediaTek’s most powerful 5G SoC to date. The Dimensity 9200+ is built on ArmV9’s 1+3+4 three-cluster architecture and TSMC’s second-generation 4nm technology.
A 3.35GHz X3 large core, three 3.0GHz A715 large cores and four Cortex-A510 small cores make up the CPU arrangement. There is one 11-core G715 core in the GPU. The general configuration of the performance architecture is true to its name and represents an improved Dimensity 9200.
Along with the improved Dimensity 9200+, the camera capabilities of the vivo X90s have also been improved. The smartphone adds a textured color element to the vibrant colors and natural tones from Zeiss.
Vivo’s textured color focuses on “personal depth and human emotion” with the aim of helping users create unique masterpieces with vibrant colors, immortalize everyday scenes with humanistic feelings and capture the “timeless recognition” of this summer.
The masters of color documentary photography from the era of film cameras served as inspiration for the texture and color of vivo. It uses a variety of vibrant colors to convey the variety and energy of everyday life, enhancing the narrative and visual impact of the photographs through the power of color. Whether street scenes, historical, cultural or folkloric scenes, the final photos have a “glorious texture.”
Street photography on smartphones has a mundane and unexpectedly spectacular style, thanks to expert color mixing and the capture of dramatic situations. A combination of comedy and mystery, the frame effortlessly captures the viewer’s attention despite the depth and complexity of the pieces within.
The 6.78-inch curved screen of the vivo X90s has a resolution of 2800 x 1260 and is one of the key specifications of the device. It has a 32-megapixel front-facing camera and a rear camera combination with a 50-megapixel VCS Bionic Spectrum Outsole primary camera, a 12-megapixel fixed-focus portrait lens, and a 12-megapixel ultra-low distortion ultra-wide-angle lens. The smartphone has a 4,810mAh battery and is compatible with 120W wired charging.
The smartphone is currently available for pre-order on major platforms, with color options including Black, Huaxia Red, Qingyang, and Advertisement.
