Today, OnePlus Mobile revealed the new OnePlus Ace 2 Lava Red. This is not an overly bright red, and OnePlus’ tone is calm and serene.
The custom gift box variant, which will include the OnePlus Ace 2 Lava Red color option, will go on sale on April 17.
The original OnePlus Ace 2, with a thickness of 8.7mm and a weight of 204g, is said to be inspired by black holes. To avoid fingerprints, it has a three-step physical mute button and silk glass technology used on the back.
OnePlus Ace 2 Lava Red Key Features
The OnePlus Ace 2 comes with a 6.74-inch 2772 x 1240 flexible OLED screen with a diamond-like arrangement, Tianma T7+ phosphor material, a global standard maximum brightness of 500 nits, a global excitation maximum of 1100 nits and a local peak maximum of 1450 nits. The screen also supports a 120Hz refresh rate (40/45/60/90/120Hz adaptive), a 720Hz touch sampling rate, and 1000Hz instantaneous.
The OnePlus Ace 2 sports a full-blooded Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip (3.2GHz), LPDDR5X memory, and UFS 3.1 flash storage, removing 8GB memory and popularizing 16GB huge memory. It also has Memory Genetic Recombination Technology, also known as “Memory GRT”. With the help of instantaneous bandwidth technology, the 16GB large memory is used at a higher rate, and stuttering is significantly reduced. The use of asynchronous memory technology also changes the fundamental design of Android memory, reducing the frequency of frame drops by 50% under heavy load conditions.
Nearly all mobile games, including Peace Elite and League of Legends, can run at full frame rate thanks to the Game Frame Stabilisation Engine 2.0 built into the OnePlus Ace 2. This engine analyses, secures, and optimizes the game screen in milliseconds.
The OnePlus Ace 2 further enhances the gaming network experience, featuring 12 high-performance e-sports antennas and LinkBoost 4.0 network optimization. It also enables private gaming cloud computing networks and offers free use for two years.
The OnePlus Ace 2’s 5000mAh battery supports a 100W super-quick charge and charges from 1% to 100% in 25 minutes. The device also features a SUPERVOOC S power management chip, which increases the discharge efficiency of the dual-cell battery to 99.5%, or almost no loss.
The OnePlus Ace 2’s imaging capabilities include a 50MP (Sony IMX890, OIS) rear main camera, an 8MP ultra wide-angle triple camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 16MP front hole-digging lens. Other features of the OnePlus Ace 2 include spatial audio, infrared remote control, and a pre-installed ColorOS 13 operating system based on Android 13.
