Under the hood, it will use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip paired with the LPDDR5X memory as well as UFS 4.0 native storage. The front-facing camera has a resolution of 32MP, while the rear camera will come with a triple sensor system of 50MP+13MP+5MP. The built-in 6000mAh battery will support 65W fast charging. The rest of the features include support for IP54 dustproof and waterproof, and the whole device weighs less than 240g.

This phone has been spotted in AnTuTu before. At that time, we learned that the ROG Gaming Phone 7 has a model “ASUS_AI2205_D”. We also learned that it would come with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, 16GB of memory and 512GB of storage space. The AnTuTu screenshots also showed that its screen resolution is 2448×1080 and it runs a system based on Android 13.

As for the benchmark scores, it reached 1,346,106 points, of which the CPU part was 293,872 points, the GPU score was 578,199 points, the memory score was 269,185 points and the UX score was 204,850 points. Compared with the current list, the performance of this new phone has reached the top level in the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 mobile platform.
