The POCO X5 Pro has been talked about lately. The smartphone’s key specs and price range have surfaced online. It has also been spotted in the hands of Indian cricketer Hardik Pandya. Now, the launch date of the upcoming Xiaomi offering has appeared in a poster being screened during the intermission of Shah Rukh Khan’s film, titled Pathaan.

According to the image shared by the Twitter user, the POCO X5 Pro will debut in India on February 6 at 5:30 pm IST. The phone will be available via Flipkart.

Besides, the poster also allows us to take a look at the back panel of the upcoming smartphone. This image was shared by a Twitter user. In particular, we must clarify that POCO has not yet confirmed the details of the launch of the smartphone.

As we can see, the upcoming POCO X5 Pro comes in a boxy shape, and the top of the back panel features a horizontally elongated island with POCO branding on the right side. On the left side of the back panel is a rectangular camera module.

According to reports in the past, this new phone would equip a 6.67-inch OLED screen with an FHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Under the hood, M5 Pro we would have the Snapdragon 778G, a very powerful mid-range processor, especially in gaming, accompanied by versions with 6 and 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage.

As for the cameras, the vast majority of leaks point to a triple sensor (as we see in the image above) with a 108MP main, an 8MP wide angle, and a 2MP macro lens. Apart, POCO X5 Pro will have IP68 certification (it will be resistant to dust and water), and it will have Android 13 as the operating system. Finally, all the hardware is supported by a 5000mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging.

Price for the Indian market

A recent report has indicated that the POCO X5 Pro price in India will be in the range of Rs 21,000 and Rs 23,000, excluding bank offers. This phone will likely be available in three storage variants, including 6GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB.

With all this information and this device arriving in India in just over a week, it is very likely that in the next few days, we will have news about its arrival in Europe.
