Earlier today, the whistleblower @Evleaks shared the pre-order promo posters of the Samsung Galaxy S23 series. Although the poster did not reveal much about the handset, as we can see, the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ use separate camera units on the back. The S23 in the picture is beige, while the S23+ is pink. But we know that each of them will be available in four different color options. Moreover, in select markets, they will have more color variants.
The second promo poster is for the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. It doesn’t have any difference compared with the Galaxy S22 Ultra. In addition to the S Pen, the poster teases the new green color.
Apart from the posters above, the Ultra variant has also been spotted in an unboxing video. A short unboxing video of the Galaxy S23 Ultra Cotton Flower variant shows both the box and the phone itself. The back of the device is white, while its edges appear to be painted a light gold. The device has four cameras on the back and an S Pen slot at the bottom. We can also see the speakers, SIM card slot, primary microphone, and USB Type-C port. There’s a secondary microphone on the top and power and volume buttons on the right.

Compared with the Galaxy S22 Ultra, the Galaxy S23 Ultra’s screen edge does not seem to have obvious curvature. Also, the phone seems to have flatter sides. The device is said to come in three more colors — Phantom Black, Vegetal Green, and Misty Lilac.
Under the hood, it will have the second-generation Snapdragon 8 processor, 8GB/12GB of RAM, 256GB/512GB/1TB of storage, and a 5000mAh battery.
According to the previous leaks, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will sport a 200-megapixel main camera with OIS and F1.7 aperture, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, a 10-megapixel telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and OIS, and another 10-megapixel telephoto camera with 10x optical zoom and OIS. On the front, the handset will house a 12-megapixel selfie camera supporting 4K HDR video recording.
Samsung has officially previewed the Space Zoom feature in the latest YouTube Shorts. The handset supports 100x zoom, making capturing the moon easier.
Judging from the video, the Samsung Galaxy S23 series may have better night shooting capabilities, and the Nightography function may be extended to the front camera and video recording functions.
Edwards Urbina has shared a set of streetlight photos. As we can see, the S23 Ultra’s 30X lens is as clear as the S22 Ultra’s 20X lens.
