The Find X6 and X6 Pro, two new flagship smartphones from OPPO, are expected to be officially launched next month. As the launch time is getting closer and closer, it’s logical that we are receiving more leaks from various tipsters.
For instance, recently, we got news concerning their displays. The base OPPO Find X6 model will have a 6.74-inch curved 1.5K AMOLED display with a slightly unusual resolution of 2772×1240 pixels. The manufacturer will add very thin bezels to provide a larger display area and the possibility of 2160Hz PWM brightness control.
The more expensive version, the OPPO Find X6 Pro, will have an AMOLED QHD Plus panel with a resolution of 3168×1440 pixels. It will be slightly larger, approximately 6.8-6.9 inches. Also, it should use the LTPO technology in the smartphone, which allows for making adjustments in the frequency of the screen according to the presented content.
This display will also have a peak brightness of 1,800 nits, which is slightly better than the 1,750 nits of the Galaxy S23 Ultra. Samsung will officially unveil on February 1 at its Unpacked event. However, this is still not as good as the 1,900 nits of the Xiaomi 13 Pro.
Today, another Weibo leakster released the appearance renders of the OPPO Find X6. The rear camera module of the phone will adopt the popular “Oreo” design, including a total of three camera sensors.
We can see that the periscope telephoto lens returns on the Find X6 series, making up for the regret of the Find X5 series. The blogger above has also said that the new OPPO Find X6 series will come with a 50-megapixel IMX890 main camera (supporting OIS) + 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens + 50-megapixel outsole periscope lens.
In terms of key features, the OPPO Find X6 series will include three models powered by three different chips – MediaTek Dimensity 9200, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, and Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.
