We guess you know that CES has started today. This is the world’s biggest event, where all major manufacturers introduce their latest creations. By the way, none of the Russian companies were allowed to participate in the show. Anyway, today, during CES 2023, Asus presented the ROG Rapture GT-BE98 router. The name shouldn’t say anything to ordinary users. But this is the world’s first equipment of its kind designed for gamers. It is compatible with the Wi-Fi 7 standard. The manufacturer also introduced an impressive gaming chair and controller.
The new Asus router allows people to fully use the 320MHz frequency in the 6GHz range thanks to the Wi-Fi 7 technology. This allows you to achieve a data transfer rate of up to 160 percent more than the previous Wi-Fi generation.

The use of 4K QAM modulation allows the router to operate at speeds of up to 25 Gbps. This model features a WAN port of 10 Gb/s, 2 LAN ports of 10 Gb/s, 4 Ethernet ports of 1 Gb/s, as well as USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports. 2 GB of RAM and 256 MB of space in the internal memory responsible for the efficient operation of the device.
Other gaming products
The ROG Destrier Ergo gaming chair has also been added to the Asus assortment. The accessory is distinguished by many moving elements that allow us to adjust the ergonomics of the chair to our needs. Also, there is a special removable panel that covers our heads.
Asus also introduced the ROG Raikiri Pro PC controller. This is a tablet with a built-in OLED screen and a DAC converter, which allows for higher-quality sound. It has four programmable buttons, and we can connect it to a computer via a 2.4GHz receiver, Bluetooth, or wired via USB Type-C.
