In mid-December, OPPO released two new folding-screen smartphones in the face of the Find N2 and Find N2 Flip. They came to compete with the Samsung Galaxy Z series of corresponding smartphones. Well, now, it is the turn of the OPPO Find X6 series. As it’s the next on the list, that’s logical we are getting more and more news concerning this handset.
Today, a well-known Weibo tipster revealed that the periscope telephoto lens of the OPPO Find X6 Pro supports up to 120x digital zoom. Those who do not know much about mobile phone camera much might think there is nothing interesting in this news. But the thing is that currently, smartphones that support 120x digital zoom are relatively rare. For instance, the Xiaomi 12S Ultra is equipped with a 48-megapixel periscope telephoto lens, which is equivalent to a 120mm focal length and can achieve 120x digital zoom.
Anyway, before this, we had heard that the OPPO Find X6 Pro would come with a 50-megapixel telephoto lens. We guess it should be the IMX890 CMOS, but its imaging quality should be better.
In addition, the new phone will have two 50-megapixel lenses, including the Sony IMX989 one-inch outsole main camera and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. If so, they will form the flagship of the three main cameras.
Overall, the imaging capabilities of the OPPO Find X6 Pro seem to be quite good. It should be one of the most anticipated flagships of the year. In this regard, the Find X6 series is expected to meet you in Q1.
Not only that, the developer variant of this mobile phone has been leaked with a high-frequency dimming interface. It automatically enters the high-frequency dimming mode when the screen is turned on at low brightness. Unfortunately, the power consumption will increase. The frequency seems to be 1440Hz.
