In November this year, OPPO launched the Reno9 series of new phones in the Chinese market. The lineup includes the Reno 9, Reno 9 Pro, and Reno 9 Pro+. Today, a Weibo blogger released the design details of the OPPO Reno 10 Pro+ 5G. By the way, the series is expected to hit the market in May or June 2023.
The model name of the OPPO Reno 10 Pro+ 5G smartphone is PHU110. From the OPPO Reno 10 Pro+ 5G schematics, we can see that the phone will feature a new oval camera module design with two tiny circular cutouts and a square cutout. The LED flash is placed next to the circular camera cutout. There is also a “Powered by MariSilicon” logo next to the square camera area.
On the front, the handset will feature a centered punch-hole straight screen. As a reference, the OPPO Reno9 series uses a curved screen. We can also see that the OPPO Reno 10 Pro+ has narrow bezels around the display.
The volume rocker is on the left, while the power button is on the right. The OPPO Reno 10 Pro+ is expected to feature a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and an unspecified periscope camera lens. So its imaging capabilities will be competitive among models of the same level.
Other than that, the OPPO Reno 10 Pro+ 5G mobile phone will use a 1.5K resolution OLED panel and support a 120Hz refresh rate. It will also use screen fingerprint recognition and AI-enabled face unlocking. The 4700mAh battery is assumed to come with at least 80W fast charging.
In addition, the Reno9 Pro+ sports the Snapdragon 8+ flagship processor. It will be widely used in mid-range models next year. That’s why we think the company will still use this processor on the Reno10 Pro+.
