In addition to two Redmi K60 smartphones, the company also released another model in the series, the Redmi K60E and the new Redmi Note 12 Pro Ultra.
Redmi Note 12 Pro Ultra
Compared with the existing Redmi Note 12 Pro, the so-called speed version replaces the MediaTek Dimensity 1080 processor with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G. The latter uses TSMC’s 6nm process node, dual-core A76 Plus and A55 CPU, Adreno 620 GPU, and improves the overall performance by nearly 20%.
The main 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 camera has been replaced with a 100-megapixel, 1/1.52-inch outsole, which has 2.1-micron large pixels, and supports Xiaomi’s image brain and film cameras.
Another update refers to the colors: now, there are three styles available: Blue, Green, and Midnight Black. The matte body is the same, and it is as thin as 7.9mm and weighs about 181g.
The phone still sports a 6.67-inch OLED flexible straight screen, 5000mAh battery with a 67W flash charge, X-axis linear motor, multi-function NFC, two 3D speakers, infrared remote control, and 3.5mm headphone jack.
The Redmi Note 12 Pro Ultra offers three configurations: 6+128GB costs 1699 yuan ($244), 8+256GB is 1999 yuan ($287), and 12+256GB is 2199 yuan ($316). It is now on sale.

This is the only Dimensity 8200 model equipped with a 2K direct screen, and it is also Redmi’s first Dimensity 8200 mobile phone. This chip adopts TSMC’s flagship 4nm process technology, and its running score on AnTuTu has exceeded 900,000 points.
Oh, we forgot to say that it uses LPDDR5 memory, UFS 3.1 flash storage, and a 3750mm² VC vapor chamber.
The 48MP main + 8MP ultra-wide-angle + 2MP macro triple camera supports OIS. On the front, we have a 20MP selfie shooter.
In addition, the Redmi K60E comes with Xiaomi’s self-developed intelligent frame stabilization technology and violent engine, which can reduce the power consumption of each frame by intelligently predicting the CPU capacity required for each frame and dynamically adjusting the main frequency in real time.
It is worth noting that the Redmi K60E will be upgraded to the latest MIUI 14 system in the future. Besides the overall performance improvement, MIUI also boasts enhanced privacy features. MIUI 14 further strengthens the end-side privacy capabilities.
