Redmi will launch several new products on Tuesday, December 27, 2022. Based on the official advertisement poster, you can see the forms of the Redmi Watch 3, Redmi Band 2, and Redmi Buds 4 Lite hanging from a tree branch. The specifications of some of these products have also been ascertained.
Redmi Watch 3, Band 2: What to expect
The company says that the Redmi Watch 3, the successor to last year’s Watch 2, has a 1.75-inch AMOLED display with 600 nits of brightness, a 14.8% widescreen display, and a pixel density of 341 PPI increased by 1.3 times compared to its predecessor. The published image of the Redmi Watch 3 shows a single button and a flat-screen on the right.
It says the Redmi Band 2 has a large and thin 1.47-inch widescreen, with a screen area of 76% larger than the previous generation, but still has a thin and light body. This model, which is 9.99mm thin, will be replaced by a good-looking and easy-to-use display. The demo image shows a curved screen and no buttons.
Redmi Buds 4 Lite to come in a new design
Redmi Buds 4 Lite are half-in-ear wireless earbuds that weigh 3.9g per earbud and will come in 4 vibrant colors black, orange, white, and green. This sees a slight change in design compared to the older model with a cat-ear design.
Prices for these models are currently unknown. However, according to estimates, the Redmi Watch 3, Redmi Band 2, and Redmi Buds 4 Lite will dominate the market with their affordable prices. Let’s see how these models, which are expected to come to the European market, will react.
Redmi K60 Series and Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed is rumored to tag along
Apart from these three products, the Redmi K60 series and Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition are also reported to be launched simultaneously. The smartphone looks reminiscent of the Redmi Note 12 Pro. However, it replaces the Dimensity 1080 of Redmi Note 12 Pro with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G chipset. Moreover, the smartphone would trade away Redmi Note 12 Pro’s 108MP main camera for the 50MP IMX766 sensor. Rumors have it that the Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed would be priced similarly to the standard edition of Redmi Note 12 Pro.
