That’s a common practice for smartphone manufacturers to release one smartphone in the domestic market and then re-launch it with a different name in another market. Every company (besides Apple and Samsung) does this. Vivo is no exception. For instance, recently, this China-based first-tier smartphone producer released the Vivo X80 Lite in a Central European country, the Czech Republic. But this is not anything new. It is exactly the same as the Vivo V25 previously released in India.
However, with a strong possibility most of you are not familiar with the VIVO V25. So it’s a good chance to get acquainted with both. The Vivo X80 Lite sports a 6.44-inch OLED screen. In its turn, the latter supports HDR10+.
Under the hood, our protagonist hosts the Dimensity 900 chipset. This is a very popular low-to-mid-range processor that can be found on models, such as OPPO Reno 7, OnePlus Nord CE 2, Honor 60 SE, iQOO Z5x, and many more. At the same time, the Czech version of the phone has an 8GB / 256GB memory and storage combination. The device is available in two colors – black and gold. The back variant uses a fluorite AG glass, while the gold version will have a very interesting color effect under different light angles.
The battery capacity doesn’t change too. Thus, it still sports a 4500mAh battery, which supports 44W fast charging. In numbers, the device can reach 61% of power in 30 minutes. At the same time, it has a slim body of 7.79mm and weighs just 186g.
On the back, we can find a very strong camera system, including a 64MP main camera that supports OIS. Interestingly, the manufacturer has even put a 50MP selfie camera on the front. Thus, we can say that this is a camera-focused smartphone. The remaining features include Funtouch OS 12 out-of-the-box, VC cooling system, and IP54 splash resistance. The price of this phone is 9999 CZK (about 406 euros).
