The Vivo X Fold+ is certain to launch at the end of this month. As always, the launch will be held domestically, China, on September 26, 2022, starting at 19:00 local time. The company says the “+” on the X Fold+ means, “It will develop in an even stronger way.” It is not clear what the translation of the term ‘stronger’ means, whether it implies an increase in battery life, the material from which the device is made to be more durable, or something else.
Vivo has shared an image that reveals the shape of the X Fold+ design. The device looks similar to the previous Vivo X Fold but now there will be a red variant called ‘Huaxia Red’. Vivo describes it as follows: “In our eyes, it is the spiritual backdrop of Chinese civilization and a symbol of progress and development.” Another variant is black and blue.
