Motorola has accelerated the pace of launching new smartphones. Recently, it announced a few new models. And today, this company released two new handsets in the Moto E series. In fact, the phones we are talking about share identical hardware, but the system differs. For instance, the Moto E22 runs the Motorola MyUX system based on Android 12, while the Moto E22i runs the Android 12 Go version system.
Anyway, both smartphones sport the same 6.5-inch HD+ LCD water drop screen with a refresh rate of 90Hz. Inside, these handsets host the MediaTek Helio G37 chipset, which is paired with 4GB of memory and 64GB of native storage. The battery capacities don’t differ as well. We mean under the hoods, both come with a 4020mAh battery that supports 10W charging through the Type-C interface.
The Moto E22 and Moto E22i also have a 16-megapixel main camera, complemented by a 2-megapixel depth sensor. On the opposite side, in the water drop notch, we can find a 5-megapixel selfie camera.
Other specs of these phones include a headphone jack, FM radio receiver, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, and a side-mounted fingerprint recognition scanner. Our protagonist supports dual SIM, 4G, WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5, and GPS. Though these are not the latest connectivity options, you can’t deny that it offers many variants. At the same time, it weighs 172 grams and measures 163.95 x 74.6 x 7.99 mm. So this handset is ideal for single-hand operations.
The Moto E22 will come in Celestial Black and Crystal Blue color options, priced at €140/$140, and will soon be available in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and South America. The Moto E22i will be in Graphite Grey and Winter White colors for €130/$130 and will be available soon in Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and Latin America.
