Though the Nokia smartphones business belongs to the Chinese HMD, the notebooks under this brand come our way from OFF Global, the French startup. Today, it unleashed two new models, the Nokia PureBook Fold and the Nokia PureBook Lite, ahead of IFA.
As the name implies, the Nokia PureBook Fold is a 2-in-1 product. Thus, it can be used as a laptop as well as a tablet. We guess it should be ideal for students or teens, in the classroom or at home. As for the Nokia PureBook Lite, it is a stylish product for anyone to do daily tasks, play games, stream videos, surf the net, and so on.
Nokia PureBook Fold
The Nokia PureBook Fold comes with a 14.1″ edge-to-edge touchscreen. The latter has a Full HD resolution. At the same time, it is as thin as 18.6 mm and weighs 1.66 kg.
Of course, it runs on the latest Windows 11 system. With Windows Hello and fingerprint authentication, the Nokia PureBook Fold keeps the device access secure. There is also 8GB RAM and 128GB storage so that no app will run out of memory and you will be able to store some files. However, if you are not satisfied with the storage capacity, you can expand it via the micro-SD slot anytime. Also, it provides 8.5 hours of battery life.
By the way, as you remember, earlier this year, the company announced the Nokia PureBook Pro. But unlike the above two models, this one is suitable for both personal and professional use scenarios. Now, with the Nokia PureBook Fold and Nokia PureBook Lite, you have more options to choose from.
More details concerning these two laptops will be announced at IFA.
Finally, in terms of pricing, the Nokia PureBook Fold will go on sale this month in the color Black, Red, and Blue, starting at 549€. At the same time, the Nokia PureBook Lite starts at 449€.
