September is promised to be hot, like August. We are not talking about the weather. Motorola is among those brands that are active everywhere and anytime. So it’s expected to see a new Motorola smartphone next month as well. Honestly, the company has already announced that on September 8, it will hold a new product launch conference. At the event, it will uncover the new Moto Edge 30 Ultra (the renamed X30 Pro) and the Razr 2022 folding screen phone. Well, we knew this would happen anytime soon. But there has been no word about the Motorola Edge 30 Neo. Now, it turns out this handset will attend the stage as well.
Today, 91Mobiles showed new renders of the Moto Edge 30 Neo. Before this, we have seen the render of the back of the phone. Now, it turns out we have a complete imagination about the phone’s design. We can also see there are four colors of black, green, purple, and white.
The Motorola Moto Edge 30 Neo will sport two camera sensors on the rear. Among them, one will be a 64-megapixel camera with optical image stabilization (OIS). On the opposite side, we see a centered single-hole screen. The volume rocker and the power button are located on the right side of the fuselage. The USB-C interface and a SIM card slot are on the bottom. There is no 3.5mm headphone jack.
In terms of key features, the Moto Edge 30 Neo will use a 120Hz refresh rate OLED screen, a Snapdragon 695 chip paired with 8+256GB storage, and a built-in 4020mAh battery.
We guess you have doubts concerning the Snapdragon 695 chip. It was launched in October last year. The processor uses TSMC’s 6nm process technology and is positioned at the mid-to-low end. The Snapdragon 695 has two large A77 cores (2.2GHz) and six small A55 cores (1.8GHz). The GPU is Adreno 619, which is the same as that on the Snapdragon 750G.
