The launch of the Huawei Mate 50 series smartphones coming close. Having had a busy year, the company will meet expectations with its new phone series. The company’s next-generation flagship models are expected to launch next month, and before their launch, the Mate 50 and Mate 50 Pro were spotted in multiple certification databases in China.
The features of the devices we encounter in these databases have also been clarified. The reviews on the certification website also hint that the devices will be released soon. For those who don’t know, the Chinese tech giant is expected to introduce a number of models in the Mate 50 series, including the Mate 50, Mate 50e, Mate 50 Pro, and Mate 50 RS versions.
Unfortunately, the company has yet to officially reveal the finer details about the upcoming smartphones, but a well-known reliable source, Digital Chat Station, has shared some specs regarding the Huawei Mate 50 series.
Looking at the social media shares, it was claimed that the Mate 50 series will be equipped with 66W fast charging support and passed through three certification websites in China (i.e. 3C, SRRC, and CTA).
Huawei Mate 50 series will sport a curved design
The source also added that the Huawei Mate 50 Pro will have a host of new features and functions alongside the usual facial recognition system for biometric security. It is also reported to have a curved screen design on the front as well.
According to a previous rumor, the Huawei Mate 50 series will be composed of a model with a 4G-only version of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset, while the Mate 50e will be equipped with the Snapdragon 778G SoC.
