After the launch of the Galaxy A23 4G, earlier this year. Recently, there are more clues about the Samsung Galaxy A23 5G. Because as noted by MySmartPrice, a device coded SM-A236U was found on Geekbench.
Allegedly this is the US version of the Samsung Galaxy A23 5G, which is powered by an octa-core chipset, consisting of six cores clocked at 1.8 GHz, and two performance cores clocked at 2.21 GHz. This chipset is integrated with the Adreno 619 GPU.
Based on this data, the chipset used is the Snapdragon 695 SoC which does have 5G support. By Samsung, the chipset is formulated with 4GB of RAM and runs Android 12. All of them give pretty good test results in their class. The single-core test score was 674, while the multi-core score 2019.
Because the Galaxy A23 4G has 6 and 8GB RAM versions, it is likely that the 5G version is given the same option. Unfortunately, until now there have been no leaked photos, so we can’t see what the shape of the phone which is said to have a 6.55-inch screen will look like.
