Currently, the game controllers are among the highest-demanded gadgets on the Earth. Here are a few brands that really make outstanding products. As you guess, we are talking about Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo. Recently, we heard that the Japanese company is working on a new game controller, and it’s not the next-gen Sony PlayStation 6 but the enhanced version of the current model. It’s called the Sony PlayStation 5 Pro. A new leak from Tom Henderson says that we will soon see it.
According to Henderson, the upcoming Sony PlayStation 5 Pro will come with removable analog sticks, trigger stops, and face-button paddles. And what’s more interesting, it’s almost ready to hit the market. So we will be able to get our hands on it in the near future.
Well, Sony is not going to make any changes in design if compared with the appearance of the Dualsense. But as said, there will be some additions too. In other words, with the PlayStation 5 Pro, Sony will try to catch up on features that have become a mainstay in the accessories space.
Anyway, for the time being, we can state that Xbox game controllers have basically been more popular than Sony’s Dualshock controllers. But we can’t insist on the same after the launch of the Dualsense. Moreover, Xbox has traditionally managed to get rid of Sony’s controllers bringing models like the Xbox Elite. If you remember, the latter comes with useful features such as removable analog sticks and paddles. So it allows users to further customize the controller experience.
So what we have is that Sony is going to release a new game controller dubbed the PlayStation 5 Pro. The latter ought to be the improved version of the standard Dualsense. Thanks to the improvements and new additions, it will be able to make competition to the Xbox advanced models. And by the way, this is going to be Sony’s first modified version of its standard controller.
