From the promo videos, we can also see that the Xiaomi Civi 1S will adopt a new color called “Miracle Sunshine”, which uses a new technology bringing a quad-layer visual effect superposition, making the white color look more attractive. Simply put, on the top of a white layer, there is a double time-consuming fine grinding that makes the body have a snow-like design.
It is worth mentioning that, in order to make the Xiaomi Civi 1S as bright and colorful as the sun, the new phone uses a frosted CD texture technology. Plus, there is a camera decorative circle in the center, which increases the diffused light and shadow effect. Then, it adds a rainbow light and shadow electroplating to make the whole machine reflect the spectrum.

According to the previous leaks, the new Xiaomi Civi 1Swill feature the Snapdragon 778G+ chip, a 1080P+ resolution 120Hz refresh rate OLED center single-hole-punch curved screen, a front 32-megapixel selfie lens, a rear 64-megapixel main camera, MIUI 13 system out of the box, etc.
Besides the chip upgrade, the second major improvement is the support for 67W fast charging (Xiaomi Civi supports 55W wired fast charging). Though there is no confirmed information about the battery capacity, the previous model came with a 4500mAh battery. And we have to say that it was quite sufficient for whole-day use.
Thus, the appearance and core specifications of the new Xiaomi Civi 1S are similar to the Xiaomi Mi 12.
