Yesterday, Xiaomi’s sub-brand released a new entry-level smartphone in Malaysia, which means that this phone has officially gone on sale globally. We are talking about the Redmi 10C pocket-friendly smartphone, which boasts a 6.71-inch display. In some sense, this is the biggest highlight of the phone. But there are other features that are worth our attention.
In fact, we are dealing with the renamed Redmi 10, which hit the Indian stores earlier this month. Under the hood, our protagonist carries a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset. Other than that, there is a massive camera block, which carries the camera sensors, the LED flash, and the back-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The Redmi 10C sports a 6.71-inch IPS LCD, which has an HD+ resolution (720 X 1600 pixels). This is a waterdrop notch screen, which means that the front camera is placed inside the waterdrop notch. It is a 5MP resolution camera. The IPS LCD display supports a standard 60Hz refresh rate.
Under the hood, the phone carries a 5000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging out of the box. As for biometric authentication methods, it supports both a fingerprint scanner mounted on the back as well as AI face unlock.
The chip inside is a Snapdragon 680 SoC, which is coupled with 4GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. But the phone supports microSD card storage expansion. Other than that, it comes with a 3.5mm audio jack.
Finally, this phone features a dual-camera setup on the rear. The main camera has a 50MP resolution, while the secondary sensor has a 2MP resolution. The LED flash is inside the camera module.
