Samsung, one of the South Korean-based technology giants, is launching a series of solid smartphones and tablets in the Xcover series, although it does not have a tight launch schedule. Today, the Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro 2 stopped by the Geekbench comparison database.
As we can see, the smartphone was found in Geekbench logs identified by model number SM-G736B, which comes with the Snapdragon 778G chipset. There are four cores clocked at 1.8 GHz for energy efficiency, and another four cores clocked at 2.4 GHz for greater performance.
It still has 6GB of RAM and runs the Android 12 operating system out of the box. The Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro 2 managed to score 766 points in the test with only one core and another 2,722 points in the test with all the cores of its processor.
No other information regarding this phone has been revealed. One must imagine that, as it is part of the XCover line, it can be turned towards greater resistance. It is a line of devices with a reinforced finish, aimed at people who use their cell phones in unconventional situations, such as factories or isolated environments.
Launch Date about the Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro 2
The launch date for when the company will introduce the Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro 2 model is not yet clear, but since the company’s Xcover products are aimed at businesses, it will most likely be released without any promotion and launch event. Last year, Walmart from the United States ordered 740,000 Xcover Pros for its employees to use in the store.
