Next week, Huawei’s ex-subsidiary Honor will release the Honor Magic 4 series smartphones at Mobile World Congress 2022. As for the specific launch date, they will hit the market on February 28. There will be at least three models, such as the Honor Magic 4, Honor Magic 4 Pro, and Honor Magic 4 Pro+. Though there are still two days before they are official uncovered, today, we got a lot of information concerning the models. Particularly, the information comes our way from the 3C certification website.
But as you know, from the 3C certification, we can get only a few pieces of info. Fortunately, today, MySmartPrice received the complete specifications of the Honor Magic 4 and Magic 4 Pro devices in collaboration with tipster Ishan Agarwal.
Honor Magic 4 Pro
First, the Honor Magic 4 Pro will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. On the front panel, we have a 6.81-inch OLED Full HD+ display. It sports an under-screen fingerprint recognition module as well as supports 3D face unlock. On the opposite side, we can find a 50MP f/1.8 main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens with f/2.2 aperture, and a 64MP telephoto lens with f/3.5, optical image stabilization. The camera system also supports up to 100x periscope zoom. In terms of selfie camera, it uses a 12MP ultra-wide CMOS with an f/2.4 aperture.
Under the hood, the Honor Magic 4 Pro will feature a 4,600mAh battery, which should support 100W fast charging and 50W wireless charging. The phones will run on Magic UI 6.0 based on Android 12. As for the rest of the noteworthy features, the handset will come with DTS:X Ultra Sound, a weight of 215 grams, and 163.6×74.7×9.15mm dimensions.
The Vanilla Version
That’s not difficult to guess that the original version will have a weaker configuration. But still it sports the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor and a 6.81-inch OLED Full HD+ screen. The phone will have almost the same camera sensors. Although the telephoto sensor differs from that of the Pro version. As for the specific sensor models, the Honor Magic 4 will feature a 50MP main (f/1.8), 50MP ultra-wide (f/2.2), and an 8MP telephoto lens with f/3.4, OIS, and up to 50x zoom. On the front, it will come with the same 12MP snapper. Another difference will refer to the battery, which will have a 4,800mAh battery and support only 66W fast charging. Other features include Magic UI 6.0 based on Android 12, DTS:X Ultra Sound, 200-gram weight and 163.6×74.5×8.8mm dimension.
At the moment, there is still no info concerning the memory and storage, but we guess there will be at least one model with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
