Today, OPPO released a few new products, including the OPPO Find X5 / Pro handsets.
OPPO Find X5 Pro Specs
The OPPO Find X5 Pro is available in three colors: white porcelain, black glaze, and aqua blue. It uses “integrated nano-microcrystalline ceramics”, which feels like a coherent natural surface and supports IP68 dust and water resistance. The lens of the camera module is a few microns lower than the ceramic surface, which protects the lens and does not hide dirt.
Compared with the previous generation OPPO Find X3 series, the lower right corner of the new generation rear camera is adjusted to a 75° rounded corner. It is more in line with the natural angle of the hand holding the phone.
The OPPO Find X5 series and Hasselblad have created a new imaging system, including three core breakthroughs in pure optics, moderate algorithms, and Hasselblad color reproduction.
In addition, the OPPO Find X5 Pro is the first to launch suspension image stabilization technology. Also, it has a professional five-axis image stabilization technology solution. The stability is 3 times that of the previous generation, and the safety shutter has been directly improved from 1/8 second to 1/2 second.
The OPPO Find X5 series also debuted a 13-channel spectral sensor and a dedicated NPU chip dubbed Mariana’s MariSilicon X. The latter supports dynamic snapshots, ultra-clear night scene photos, HDR photos, chip-level 4K night scene video, chip-level HDR video, chip-level 4K polar night video, chip-level app camera enhancements, and more.
In terms of screen, the OPPO Find X5 Pro features a 6.7-inch 3216×1440 OLED screen, which uses the Samsung E4 luminescent material and supports a 120Hz refresh rate and LTPO 2.0.
Also, under the hood of the OPPO Find X5 Pro, we can find a Snapdragon 8 Gen1 processor. The machine has a 5000mAh battery that supports 80W wired fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging.
In addition, the OPPO Find X5 Pro also has a Dimensity 9000 version. Compared with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 version, the Mariana MariSilicon X image chip is removed, and there is no suspension image stabilization.
OPPO Find X5 Specs
As for the OPPO Find X5 Standard Edition, it is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor and Mariana MariSilicon X image chip. It is still available in three colors of mirror purple, plain black, and elegant white. The lens module part is black, and the integration is not as good as Pro.
The machine sports a 6.55-inch 2400×1080 OLED screen, which also supports a 120Hz refresh rate. The battery capacity is 4800mAh and it supports 80W wired fast charging as well as 30W wireless fast charging. The phone has an IP54 dustproof and waterproof certificate.
The machine has a front 32MP Sony IMX615 lens, and a rear triple-camera consisting of 50MP Sony IMX766 (OIS) main camera + 50MP Sony IMX766 ultra-wide-angle + 13MP Samsung S5K3M5 telephoto sensors combination.
The OPPO Find X5 series is pre-installed with the ColorOS 12.1 system, which has been seen in the OnePlus 10 Pro before. But, now, it has been improved in terms of privacy and security.
The three models of the OPPO Find X5 series have been opened for pre-order and will be officially launched on March 3.

The OPPO Find X5 Lite is basically the same as OPPO Reno7 5G in terms of configuration and appearance. Thus, for the global market, OPPO just renamed the mentioned model. The machine is equipped with a Dimensity 900 processor (in China, the Snapdragon 778G). Also, there is a 6.43-inch screen with a 90Hz refresh rate support, a 1080p resolution, and AMOLED material. Unlike the Reno7, it is available only with an 8/256GB storage combination.
Other than that, there is a microSD slot as well as a 3.5mm headphone jack. The rear camera includes 64MP, 8MP ultra-wide-angle, and 2MP macro lenses. The front-facing camera has a 32MP resolution.
lastly, the phone has a 4500mAh battery, which supports 65W fast charging. The price in Europe is 480 euros (about 3436 yuan), while the OPPO Reno7 5G starts at 2699 yuan ($426) in China.
