In addition to the Galaxy S22 series, Samsung will soon also launch the new editions of its Galaxy A53 5G. So we can say that the company has been satisfied with the performance of the previous model and decided to release a follow-up model. WinFuture has managed to get its hands on the official pictures and some technical data in advance.

The Samsung Galaxy A53 is the successor to the most successful Samsung smartphone in terms of sold numbers for years. There are some subtle improvements, but as usual, nothing major. So Samsung is carefully maintaining its sales engine and is once again adapting the design a bit.
As before, there’s solid mid-range tech combined with a pleasing design. The case is made entirely of plastic on the outside and will come with a relatively wide display frame compared to the top models of the S22 series. The front camera is again located in a circular hole in the center below the upper edge of the display.
On the back, the Galaxy A53 basically has almost the same look as the predecessor A52. But the company has modernized the design style around the camera module and made the transitions smoother. In terms of lenses, there are still four sensors on the back.
Samsung Galaxy A53 5G Features
The main lens has a 64-megapixel resolution. The rest of the sensors include a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and two 5-megapixel sensors. The front camera again offers a decent 32-megapixel resolution.
The 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display offers a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels and a maximum refresh rate of 120Hz.
Under the hood, we will find a new Samsung SoC, which will be likely called Exynos 1200. The latter is said to reach a maximum of 2.4GHz. However, the fastest frequency is reserved for the two high-end cores, while the six low-end cores have a maximum clock of 1.8GHz.
There are different memory options. Say, some models will come with 6GB RAM, but others with 8GB RAM, depending on the country and region. The internal flash storage will be at least 128GB. But it can be expanded to up to 1TB via a microSD card slot.
The battery of the Galaxy A53 5G will have a 5000mAh capacity and could be charged quickly with up to 25 watts. With a weight of 189 grams and a thickness of 8.1 millimeters, the Galaxy A53 5G is relatively light and thin for its size, which we probably have to thank for the materials used. In addition to the 5G modem, transmission is also via Bluetooth 5. x, WLAN, and NFC.
