OPPO Find X5 To Use 32MP Sony IMX709 Front Camera

As the world’s first flagship equipped with the Dimensity 9000 processor, the OPPO Find X5 series has always attracted a lot of attention. The phone has not been launched yet, but it is on everyone’s lips. Every day, we get more and more leaks and rumors concerning the upcoming flagship. Today is no exception.

OPPO Find X5 Camera

In addition to the world premiere of the Dimensity 9000, recently, LetsGoDigital said that the OPPO Find X5 series will be officially announced after the Spring Festival holiday. Also, it will go on sale in late February. At the same time, the media also revealed that the front lens of the OPPO Find X5 standard version will have a 32MP resolution and use the Sony IMX709 CMOS. In terms of the rear lens, the OPPO Find X5 will continue the triple-camera design, including a 50-megapixel main camera, a 32-megapixel ultra-wide-angle, and a 13-megapixel telephoto lens. Among them, the main camera supports OIS (optical image stabilization).

OPPO Find X5

OPPO previously released its in-house made image chip namely the Mariana MariSilicon X. So likely the Find X5 series mobile phones will come with it. In addition, the Snapdragon 8 Gen1 version of the OPPO Find X5 series is determined to have a self-developed NPU chip. But we can’t say the same for the Dimensity 9000 version.

Other Features

Apart from the vanilla version, at the conference, which will be held soon, the OPPO Find X5 Pro will come as well. The latter ought to come with the new generation of Snapdragon 8 flagship processor.

Both smartphones will come with AMOLED displays of 6.7-inch size. Also, the Pro model will use an LTPO technology with curved edges and a 2K resolution. The original model will have a Full HD+ resolution with flat edges. Both handsets support the same 120 Hz refresh rate.

Other than that, the original model will sport a 5,000mAh battery that charges at the 80W rate. Moreover, the battery will also support 50W wireless charging as well as 10W reverse charging. The forthcoming Find X5 Pro is rumored to feature a 125W fast charging. But there is no concrete information about this. On the other hand, we shouldn’t rule out the possibility of the phone supporting a 125W fast charging because Oppo and Realme already have a 125W charging standard in development.
