When it comes to positioning, the Redmi Note 11S should be a thousand-yuan product. So no need to expect more from this smartphone. On the other hand, the Redmi models have always been known for their cost-effective nature. This simply means they offer the best hardware in a concrete price range. Well, let’s dig into the details. The Redmi Note 11S will be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity processor, a 90Hz high refresh screen, and a rear 100-megapixel (108MP) main camera. Apart from this main camera, there will be an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens as well as a macro lens. The front-facing 13-megapixel lens will provide good performance for capturing selfies and making video calls. It will leave the factory with MIUI 13 on the board.
According to the FCC certification information, the models of the mobile phones are 2201117SI, 2201117SG, and there will be three options in terms of storage and memory: 6+64GB, 6+128GB, and 8+128GB. As for the chipset, we still don’t know which model will be found under the hood. Anyway, the octa-core (2×2.05 GHz Cortex-A76 & 6×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55) processor will let users enjoy a smooth and lag-free performance while accessing multiple apps and playing intense graphics games.
As said, the phone’s camera system will include three sensors. The main camera will be a 100-megapixel Samsung HM2 sensor. This sensor has been applied to the Redmi flagship phone, namely Redmi K40 Pro+. It has a 1/1.52-inch sensor area and a unit pixel area of 0.7μm. This lens also supports nine-in-one output and captures 12MP pictures.
Prior to this, we have heard that it will feature an immersive 6.43-inch display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. So watching videos or playing games will be enjoyable and it will have a crystal clear view.
There is a high probability that the Redmi Note 11S will not have a Chinese version.
