There has been a lot of talk in recent months about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A53 5G smartphone, and now we have pictures and a full list of specifications thanks to TENAA certification.
According to information leaked through the TENAA certification body, Samsung Galaxy A53 appears in model code SM-A5360, comes with an octa-core processor running at a maximum clock speed of 2.4 GHz. TENAA does not say exactly which processor it is, but we know that this is the Exynos 1200 processor with which the SM-A5360 model recently appeared on the Geekbench benchmark.
As for the RAM, it comes in at 8GB, not the same as the one that has been leaked from Geekbench with 6GB and runs on the Android 12 operating system, which probably depends on the country of sale. But in this era, when coming to our house, we probably have 8GB of RAM.
In the rear camera section, TENAA states that the Samsung Galaxy A53 5G model will come with a total of five cameras, two front 12MP + 5MP and three rear 64MP + 32MP + 5MP. This is obviously a mistake because the pictures published by TENAA clearly show that this device will come with one front and four rear cameras. It is to be assumed that the selfie camera will come with a 32MP sensor, while on the back of the device there should be a 64MP primary sensor, 12MP wide-angle, 5MP macro, and 5MP depth sensor.
The screen is 6.46 inches, Full HD + resolution, but no screen type is specified. But Samsung is probably AMOLED. The battery comes in 4860mAh (according to the specification, probably 5000mAh) and the device is 8.1mm thick, weighs 190 grams, has a memory option of 128/256GB, supports a Micro SD Card up to 1TB. The color of the device will consist of blue and white. It is expected that there may actually be 4 colors, of which the other two are black and orange.
For now, there is no official information when the Galaxy A53 5G smartphone should see the light of day, but some previous rumors suggest that it should happen sometime during the first quarter of this year.
Samsung Galaxy A53 5G, price and availability
Samsung is expected to announce Galaxy A53 5G in the next few days, or maybe right in February, maybe in the same days as the debut of the Galaxy S22 series. The smartphone will occupy the mid-range and its price could be very competitive, even if at the moment no details seem to have emerged about it.
