OPPO’s Vice President and President of China, Liu Bo, personally revealed that OPPO is working on a new tablet PC and will launch its first tablet in the first half of this year.
Unfortunately, the number of leaks has nothing in common with the number of specs we can learn about it. Anyway, today, some bloggers disclosed a set of features that the first OPPO tablet should carry on board.
It is reported that the front of OPPO’s first tablet will have an 11-inch 120Hz high refresh rate screen with a resolution of 2560*1600 pixels. But we still do not know whether the screen will use OLED or LCD material. Although many users think it will be an LCD screen. Also, the built-in 8360mAh large battery supports 33W fast charging.
In terms of appearance, OPPO’s first tablet will use a right-angle frame design, the back is made of plastic, and the body measurements are 252*165*6.5mm.
As for hardware, the OPPO tablet will sport the Snapdragon 870 chip, which has been confirmed by the previously exposed benchmark information. Also, there will be 6GB of RAM.
The OPPO tablet will support the collaborative operation of mobile phones and tablets, and will also open up data connectivity of notebooks, TVs, mobile phones, tablets, headphones, and watches in the future.
Although OPPO has not released a lot of information, for the time being, there are reports that it will officially debut at the OPPO Find X5 conference in the next month.
OPPO Find X5 Features
As for the latter, the OPPO Find X5 Pro will sport a 6.7-inch AMOLED punch-hole screen. Also, it will support LTP0 2.0 and achieve variable refresh rates from 1Hz to 120Hz.
In addition to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, the OPPO Find X5 Pro may also come with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage and is expected to run Android 12 -based ColorOS 12 system.
Other than that, the OPPO Find X5 Pro might use a 32MP Sony IMX709 front camera, while the rear lens should consist of a 50MP IMX766 main camera (OIS), 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and 13MP S5K3M5 telephoto camera.
